GUEST SATISFACTION

We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the work done to your nails, please inform us before you pay for services received so that we may either adjust them to your liking, or entirely remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. In the unfortunate case that the colors or nail art you have chosen at first are not to your liking after the service is complete and paid for, you may come back within three (3) days thereafter to have them redone at a special discount. However, please note that refunds cannot be made for any services performed.

SOCIAL GUARANTEE

We guarantee that traditional nail polish will last at least three (3) days after it is applied to your nails. Similarly, we guarantee that enhancements and gel polish will last at least seven (7) days after application. Enhancements generally last at least 14 days. If you notice any diminishment, chips, or lifting of traditional nail polish, enhancement, or gel polish applied through our services, please contact us to schedule a complimentary appointment. Our team will be happy to refresh or repair it for you.

EVENTS & PARTIES

If you wish to hold an event or party within our business premises, please be advised that reservations must be made at least two (2) weeks in advance. All contracts and deposits are due one (1) week before the date of the event/party. On the day before commencement, Social nail bar will contact you via phone during business hours to confirm your reservation. If there is a no-show such that the event/party cannot begin, or if rescheduling is requested on your part less than 24 hours before the date and time of commencement, your deposit cannot be refunded.

APPOINTMENTS

START TIME

Your appointment time is not a guaranteed start time. It is our estimate of when we will be finished with our prior guest. We appreciate your understanding if a few extra minutes are necessary to complete the prior service to the guest’s satisfaction. You will receive the same courtesy.

LATE ARRIVALS

​

Appointments are valid until ten (10) minutes after the scheduled time. When this "grace period" has elapsed, we reserve the right to consider the appointment as a "no-show", and thus proceed to give priority in serving other present guests (whether they have appointments or are walk-in guests). If your late arrival cannot be avoided for any reason, please be sure to contact our business beforehand. However, in such a case, please also understand that other guests may be waiting to be served, and while we will do our best to accommodate your late appointment, priority will still be given to serving them. To avoid such situations, we ask that you plan ahead and arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that emergencies or other like situations may arise that preclude you from showing up for your appointment. As such, we kindly ask that if for any reason a cancellation must be made, please do so at a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. We will request for a non-refundable deposit to be paid by guests who repeatedly fail to give proper and timely notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to those that do not wish to honor this agreement. To avoid such a situation, please give proper notice of your cancellation in as timely a fashion as possible.

PAYMENT

CASH & CREDIT​

Cash payments and cash tips are preferred and greatly appreciated! 

We do welcome Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept personal checks.

GIFT CARDS​

​

Gift cards are available for purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Gift cards are treated as cash, thus are not redeemable if lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised from your possession.

SAFETY

MEDICAL CONDITIONS​

​

We value your health. Please inform us of any medical conditions that could affect service options such as allergies, diabetes, circulation disorders, slow healing, sensitivity to any cosmetic ingredients, and pregnancy.

Organic unscented lotion is available upon request.

PERSONAL POSSESSIONS

​

Social Nail Bar is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal possessions, valuable or otherwise, of any customers. Please keep your possessions secure and within plain sight to ensure that they are not compromised.

SURVEILLANCE

​

For the safety of our guests, please be aware that our business premises, except for the restroom, are constantly monitored with digital video surveillance.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE​

​

Social Nail Bar reserves the right to refuse service.

MINORS​

​

We strive to create a safe and clean environment for our guests. Due to the nature of the work performed within Social Nail Bar, we ask that minors be put under the constant supervision of a parent or guardian.

DISPOSABLE SLIPPERS

​

Disposable slippers are intended to be worn within Social Nail Bar. You assume all risks by wearing them outside Social Nail Bar.

GUESTS' DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENT​

​

1. Disclose any pre-existing conditions, limitations, or sensitives;

2. Inform the technician of discomfort or pain immediately during or at the end of the service;

3. Present the technician with questions and concerns regarding the service immediately during or at the end of the service; and

4. Express any negligence on our part prior to leaving Social Nail Bar.
